Build Your Official Email Signature

A short, step-by-step guide to creating a CRS-branded email signature with HubSpot’s free signature generator — no design skills needed, about 5 minutes.

Open the HubSpot Signature Generator →

Before You Start

  • Your full name and job title (e.g., Owner, General Manager)
  • Your CRS franchise location name (e.g., “Content Recovery Specialists – Pittsburgh”)
  • Your direct phone number and CRS email address
  • Optional: a professional headshot photo (square, at least 300×300px)
  • The CRS logo file below, saved to your computer

Official Logo File

Right-click (or press and hold) → Save Image As
Use this one for your signature

Open the generator and start a new signature

Go to hubspot.com/email-signature-generator in your browser. Click the orange Create my signature button.

Enter your contact information

You’ll land on the first tab, called Contact Info. Fill in these fields:

  • Full Name — your name as you’d like it to appear
  • Job Title — e.g., “Owner” or “General Manager”
  • Company — type “Content Recovery Specialists” plus your city, e.g., “Content Recovery Specialists – Pittsburgh”
  • Email — your CRS email address
  • Phone — your direct line

Leave any field blank if it doesn’t apply to you.

Upload the CRS logo

Click the second tab, called Images. Look for an option to upload a company logo, then select the logo file you saved from this guide.

If the tool asks for an image URL instead of letting you upload a file directly, use this link: https://partners.crspackout.com/hubfs/Logos/primaryregistered.png.

If you’d like your photo in the signature too, please provide a link to an online hosted file.

Pick a template

Click the third tab, called Templates. Choose a clean, single-column layout that places the logo beside your contact details, rather than a template built around a large headshot. The CRS logo should be the visual anchor of the signature.

Match the colors and font to CRS brand

Click the fourth tab, called Style. Set the following:

  • Primary/accent color: #FF8200 (CRS orange)
  • Secondary color, if offered: #FB6003 or #000000
  • Font: choose Arial or Helvetica — CRS’s official font, Montserrat, isn’t supported by most email clients, and these are the closest clean, email-safe match
  • Font size: 11–12pt for your name, 9–10pt for your title and contact details

Generate and copy your signature

Click Create Signature. Once it’s generated, click Copy to copy the signature. If you’re pasting into HubSpot specifically, use the Copy source code option instead — see the next step.

Add it to your email

If you send email through HubSpot CRM:

  • Log in to HubSpot and click your account name in the top-right corner
  • Select Profile & Preferences
  • Scroll to the Signature section and click Edit signature
  • Select the HTML option, then paste the source code you copied
  • Click Save

If you send email through Gmail:

  • Click the gear icon (top right) → Settings
  • Scroll to the Signature section and paste your signature
  • Scroll down and click Save Changes

If you send email through Outlook (desktop):

  • New Email → Message tab → Signature → Signatures
  • Click New, name it, then paste your signature into the edit box
  • Click OK

Test it

Send yourself a test email. Confirm the logo displays, the colors look right, and any links work — check it on both your computer and phone if you can.
