ContentsPal + HubSpot Integration

Team CRS –  We’re excited to announce that after several weeks of testing with a group of franchisees, we’re ready to roll out the new ContentsPal + HubSpot integration across the entire CRS network.

Our goal with this integration is simple: make your life easier. Going forward, new jobs will begin in ContentsPal and automatically be created in HubSpot along with the associated job information. From there, updates and status changes made in either system will sync to the other.  Each job will be assigned a Job Code and that code will allow you to follow the job from application to application in your system. Less double entry. Less redundancy. More time focused on running your business and serving your customers.

Going ForwardContentsPal will be used for job intake and operations.HubSpot will serve as your job management / contacts overview and CRM.New jobs created in ContentsPal will automatically populate in HubSpot.Updates made in either platform will sync between the two systems.You’ll also see a new ContentsPal panel within each HubSpot job record that displays synced information from ContentsPal.

While we’ve spent the last few weeks testing and refining the integration, we still want your feedback.If something doesn’t look right, isn’t functioning as expected, or you see an opportunity to make the process better, please let us know. 

This is another step toward simplifying our systems, reducing unnecessary work, and making it easier for you and your teams to operate every day. And we’re not done. 

We have more improvements coming very soon, and we’re excited about where we’re headed.
