Introducing: Alert Dispatch HQ
Team CRS,
We’re excited to officially launch Alert Dispatch HQ! 🚀
We’ve been working behind the scenes to give you and your teams a better way to explore local fire reports, organize follow-up, and connect with the people working in your community.
The alerts are the starting point. The relationships are the opportunity.

More connections. More opportunities to help.
Reminder: this is not a fire-chasing program. It’s not about racing to a scene or trying to get a homeowner to sign something.
It’s about learning who is working in your market, meeting restoration contractors and adjusters, strengthening existing partnerships, and finding ways to be a resource.
Use the platform to review reports and their sources, record the contacts you make, and keep your team aligned on follow-up. Even when another company gets the job, knowing who is involved gives you an opportunity to connect.
Not every alert needs to become a job to be valuable. A great relationship can be worth much more.
And when you have a chance to help…help!
We’ve also included After a Home Fire: A Homeowner’s Recovery Guide for you to share when appropriate. You can download it here – Homeowner Guide
When you encounter a homeowner, this is a friendly, no-pressure way to introduce yourself while offering something useful during a difficult and chaotic time. A simple introduction might be:
“I’m with CRS. We’ve put together a guide to help people understand what comes next after a fire. Would a copy be helpful?”
That’s it. You’re offering support—not asking for a commitment.
Always read the situation, respect privacy and scene restrictions, and give people space when they need it. Our goal is to make someone’s day a little easier, not add another decision to their plate.
Let’s put it to work!
Watch the tutorial, explore your location, and share it with your managers and business development team. Then tell us what’s working, what could be better, and what connections you’re making!
There’s more to come, and your feedback will help us keep improving.
Let’s build relationships, lend a hand, and show our communities what CRS is all about!
